ELIZABETH GORDON
SR DIRECTOR OF ACADEMIC ADVISING

Elizabeth is passionate about guiding and positioning your students for the highly competitive admissions and scholarship process.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead Scholarship finalist and received an outstanding college education paid for through multiple scholarships. For nearly two decades, Elizabeth has successfully served hundreds of students and families. She also served as the founding academic college advisor and proprietary curriculum creator at a national college advising firm before returning home to North Carolina as a general partner with INSPIRE College Solutions.
Elizabeth has had the privilege of preparing many recipients of full-ride, full-tuition, and
other prestigious scholarship awards such as the UNC Chapel Hill Morehead-Cain Scholarship, UNC Charlotte Levine Scholarship, Presidential Scholarship at SMU, University of Alabama Academic Elite Scholars (1 of 7 in the nation), Colorado Boettcher Foundation full-ride Scholarship, University of Colorado-Boulder Norlin Award, University Fellows Experience & Presidential Scholars Award, Daniels Fund full ride Scholarship, Seattle University Sullivan Leadership Award, Colorado Christian University World Changers Award, Lynn University full ride Presidential Scholarship, Elks Most Valuable Student National Award, Voice of Democracy National Scholarship, the Miss Teen Colorado competition, National Hispanic Scholar, NCSU Centennial Scholarship Finalist, Tennessee Governor's School Selectee, and hundreds more.
Elizabeth has spent countless hours strategizing and mastering the admissions and scholarship processes, resulting in her 4 children having attended and graduated from prestigious private universities (including Oxford University in England) debt-free on scholarships totaling more than $650,000. Her adult son played NCAA DI baseball on athletic and academic scholarships, including the National Prudential Spirit of Community Award and the Emerging Leader Scholarship. Most of all she enjoys working with students from all backgrounds including academic scholars, student-athletes, student-leaders, special needs students, and inspiring her students who haven’t yet discovered their unique God-given gifting.
JIM GORDON
PRESIDENT & CEO
Jim is a successful business leader and respected entrepreneur. Throughout his career, he served in C-level management, financial development, as a professional business consultant and in professional sales for diversified business and sports organizations such as Inc. Magazine, PEAK Consulting Group, ServPro, DexMedia, Rocky Mountain Reining Horse Association, Slammers Baseball, Golf Digest, Golf Magazine, PGA Magazine, and the Colorado Golf Association.

He served as a board member to Shadow Creek Ranch, American Paint Horse Association, National Reining Horse Association, Denver Eagles, liaison to the NCAA, and currently The Baseball College.
​
Jim has been a syndicated radio talk show guest, authored numerous articles throughout his career, and is currently a presenter, public speaker, and visionary. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, has been married to Elizabeth for over 30 years, and they have four adult children who have all finished college debt-free!

As a former multiple sport athlete, Jim was an accomplished baseball player, competitive golfer, and ranked tennis amateur. Jim has successfully advised and guided hundreds of student-athletes in their pursuit to play collegiate sports. He was also a successful head baseball coach for over 10 years, is a certified umpire, and has mentored young people for decades.

Today, Jim serves as the President and CEO of INSPIRE College Solutions which he co-founded and is headquartered in North Carolina.
